We have been using ISE Fire for many years to service our fire extinguishers. Their staff have always been professional and adhere to all site rules as they complete their work in a very safe manner. Any equipment failures are reported immediately and a suggestion for improvement is always readily available. All documentation is provided in a timely manner, and both the engineers and office staff have been very helpful in working with us to improve the range of extinguishers we have on site. The use of an extinguisher training course has been trained out to all our fire wardens, who now have a depth of knowledge on what type of extinguisher should be used for each type of fire, i.e. electrical, oil.
